In short, DON'T buy North Face jackets on eBay. For Christmas I tried to buy a McMurdo parka for my boyfriend. He works the door at a nightclub in Manhattan, so I thought it would keep him toasty. I saw a great deal on eBay. It turned out that it was a fake jacket. Who even knew that they make fake jackets? Well now I do, so don't buy North Face on eBay. The seller would not take the jacket back. Luckily I went thru my Jet Blue AMEX dispute process & they made him take it back from me and refund me the money. I wound up buying the jacket from Macy's. I had to pay the full price, but I got the real deal.
